I thought I was being king and using a local carpet cleaning company. I could have used Dalworth or other reputable companies but the price quoted seemed competitive. Clearly the job was to upsell me and I had sympathy for the technician as I want everyone to be successful. I was promised steam cleaning and large fans to help dry carpets.
