we had a fireplace issue that filled the whole house with smoke, so i called for help right away. dean arrived quickly, set up fans and other equipment, and got to work fast to clear the smoke and freshen the home. he was friendly, responsive, and very professional throughout the whole process. they also helped make the carpets feel clean and refreshed after the smoke exposure. the service was fast, fair on price, and handled with care. i would recommend them to anyone needing emergency cleanup or carpet cleaning services.

Such a great carpet cleaning experience with Expert Carpet Cleaning Tx. they went the extra step and stood above other carpet cleaners i have used. The front door was covered with a plastic barrier to help keep dust and warm outside air out, they laid mats in the entry to protect the flooring, and all the room corners had guards in place to prevent marks and scratches during the cleaning. i really cannot say enough good things about the service. I had a discount voucher and called hoping to book carpet cleaning sometime this week, but they were able to schedule me for the same day. The person on the phone was very helpful and made the whole process easy. I have pets, so my carpets had heavy traffic marks, odor, and tough stains, and they really needed a deep clean.
