Not only did william do an excellent job removing pet stains from my carpets, but he also helped on very short notice with great customer care from Expert Carpet Cleaning Bay Area. What an amazing job Expert Carpet Cleaning Bay Area did on my carpet. i thought i might have to replace it, but i decided to try a deep steam cleaning and stain treatment first, and i am so glad i did. This kind of professional carpet cleaning can really help extend the life of your carpet and save money over time. shawn and the team were friendly, hardworking, and very easy to w... read more

Our family has two kids who spill all kinds of things and a new puppy, so our carpets were in rough shape and really needed a deep carpet cleaning. There were even red makeup spots I had tried to remove myself, but they were still easy to see in the carpet fibers. William took great care of the problem areas, pre-treated and scrubbed the stained sections, and then used a thorough steam cleaning process that made a huge difference. The carpets looked fresh,... read more
