this was my first experience with expert carpet cleaning. it was a great experience. they really pay attention to detail and care about their work. from the moment roman walked through the home to check out the carpets, he explained what needed to be done and then started the cleaning. i learned a lot about taking care of rugs from him. he removed stains that i thought would never come out. i will definitely keep using their professional carpet cleaning services. all the rugs look beautiful! i highly recommend them.

EXPERT CARPET CLEANING did a fantastic job with my carpets. It was my first time hiring them, and now I'll be calling them for both my business and my home in Kingston. The staff were friendly, knew what they were doing, and worked hard. Roman took his time to clean every part of my carpets and furniture, showing real dedication. this is my first time leaving a google review because i am amazed by what cory and his team did for my carpet. we were about to replace the carpet since pet stains, water spots, and discoloration seemed impossible to remove, especially since it's a light color. we had tried to get it cleaned before, but were told it couldn't be done because of the type of carpet. cory showed up the same day and took care of every stain, even the tough water marks. he also gave helpful tips on how to keep the carpet looking good. as long as i... read more

I wanted to thank Roman who cleaned our carpets recently in Kingston. He has cleaned them for us before, and each time I am amazed by the care and attention he gives! I always ask for him because he is so thorough and makes sure every stain is gone. After the carpets dry, the stains don’t come back either!
