Professionalism and Politeness: The technician was on time, well-groomed, courteous, and very approachable. Price: While it’s important to discuss pricing, the carpet cleaning service is reasonably priced and won’t empty your wallet. I gave it 4 stars because I initially expected it to be $60 per area, but larger rooms are counted as two or more areas. They do have a minimum service fee, which is understandable for a business.
