Ernest and his team were incredibly polite and knowledgeable. They evaluated the areas that needed attention for pet urine odors and provided a thorough and fair estimate for the necessary work. Ernest arrived right on time and completely resolved our issue. The process included 1) lifting the carpet, 2) removing the old padding, 3) sealing the subfloor, 4) installing new padding, and 5) cleaning the carpet, both on the top and bottom. We had a team come in to clean our entire carpeted floor at home. They worked wonders, making our carpets look brand new despite the many stains from our puppy and older dog. The staff was very friendly and explained the benefits and drawbacks of the various options suitable for our needs.
