from start to finish, this was probably the best carpet cleaning service i've had. i used the online chat in the evening and the manager responded within minutes, making it really easy to book my appointment. i got a text to confirm and a call 15 minutes before the cleaners arrived. raymond and jared were very friendly and explained all the cleaning options in a clear way. we went with the deep carpet cleaning, and our white carpet now looks like new. really happy with how everything turned out!
