Consumer beware! We scheduled HVAC work with this business. The owner, Greg Spille, texted one day prior to the planned job asking to reschedule. After we agreed to reschedule with him, he was unresponsive and has left us high and dry. We now need to contact another company to complete the job due to his lack of communication. We used Expert Care Heating to do repairs on our HVAC at our rental property. The owner, Greg, is very professional and knowledgeable I especially like that he is a smaller business and does most of the work himself so he knows it's done right. I've had trouble with large nation-wide companies claiming we needed work done that wasn't necessary.
