Small company, big passion. Very cut and dry, realistic explanations with out the "fluff" that other companies use sell unessesary services.
I am the owner of Expert Basement Repair. Please be wary of people posting bad reviews. We have been in business over 6 years now and I have been in the industry over 20 years. An unscrupulous competitor has posted a false and malicious report on this page. We have never had a problem of this nature with any customer. Just to be sure we searched our records and there has never been any contact with a customer with this name in any way shape or means. The first time I called the woman (she never gave her name) was very rude and acted as if me calling was bothersome to her. Since a friend had referred me to them I didn't let one employee deter me from using their company. I tried again to hire them to water proof my basement and replace the current wall, but I was passed around and given inconsistent quotes from different "representatives".
