The person who was sent to help me with a very flat tire today and not helpful. He wasn’t personable and seemed to not want to deal with it. Said there was rust and we wouldn’t be able to get the tire off without the help of a tire shop. He left and I found another company (Fox City’s Towing) and Travis showed up, was extremely nice and empathetic to my situation and got the tire off in no more than 2-3 minutes.
