We feel like we can always get an honest appraisal of the situation, what our options are, and what it will cost. They also stand by their work--if something they fix goes wrong, they rectify it. Strange practices I once took a pickup there to be inspected. An exhaust/vacuum pipe had rusted through. It was an old truck, so instead of flunking it or fixing it, they stuck a piece of junk aluminum tubing loosely over the ends of the rusted pipe, and passed it.
Always Satisfied I have had my car here for service several times and I have always been satisfied. They treat you wonderfully and explain repairs before doing the work. They do not ripe you off. Being a woman and not knowing much about cars was not a problem. The mechanic explained all the work that needed to be done in detail and they did not start doing any work until they explained it to me. I would take my car back there again.
