I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. They recommended a part that they said was correct for my vehicle, and I paid for it. Later, I was told it was the wrong part because it needed a different version. I ended up spending more money because of this. I also paid for an inspection, but I left feeling that the process was not handled professionally. When I returned to discuss my concerns, I felt my questions were not properly addressed. They should get minus 5 stars. We took my boyfriends truck there and told them what the problem was. They were supposed to call us but didn't, luckily we called them. They knew we needed the truck back but assumed we were leaving it for 3 days until they were open again and if we hadn't called when we did we'd have been hooped because Darcy was leaving at 2 to go to Regina and was prepared to leave the truck in the shop not put back together. My vehicle u- joint fell off as I was traveling home on a Friday in August 2025. I pulled over by Maple Creek. I was towed into Swift Current. Expert Auto Service was nice enough to get me in and replace my u -joint that day so a could continue on my way. Thanks for fitting me in on a Friday before close and for the fast and courteous service. It was very much appreciated.
