These guys are the best of the best. Honest, prompt and knowledgeable. From Dennis at the front desk keeping me updated on the diagnosis and Troy going above and beyond with a quick resolution and pointing out other concerns that not even the Chevy dealer noted (went in the an oil change and inspection only 2 weeks ago). This is an edited post. Interpret it how you will, but these are the facts. I'm new to the area and came to this shop based on reviews. I'm a young black male in college, so I don't have a ton of money. I brought my own parts into the shop, hoping to save a little money, and was quoted $361 and some change out the door including tax. Recently, my windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of a terrible rainstorm while on I-5. Fortunately, I made it off the highway without wrecking and ended up at Expert Auto Repair. I don’t live near there, and I was pretty discombobulated by the turn of events. The folks at Expert Auto Repair were great! Took a while to find the necessary parts, but they were efficient, kind and helpful. Very blessed to have ended up there! Highly recommend!
I've had work done on two vehicles so far and have had nothing but great experiences with this shop. The first time I had a radiator blow and they were able to get me in that day on short notice and get me out the door by the next day. The next time they got my mom's car road ready after it sat for a year. Fair prices, open communication both times. Dennis has always been able to answer my questions and was super helpful and professional. Kevin was great too.
