As a local, it's nice not to have to always drive into the city. We used Expert Auto for a state inspection and oil change. The crew were friendly and the price was less than we're used to paying at the big chains. They said they'd call when it was ready, but I called them for an ETA and they had just finished it. We got the car back right when we wanted it. Great local spot!
We drove from NC to get a car here from auction. The guys were really helpful and super kind. They helped us load the mustang on our hauler and showed us how the doors etc. work. Thank you for having it up front and ready to go too. If we lived closer we would definitely bring our car here to get worked on simply because of the great service.
The team at Expert Auto came through when I needed it most. During a cross country trip, my car suddenly developed a bad oil leak and required immediate repair to continue the trip. Luckily we were near Expert Auto and not only did they make the time to get to my realtor that day, they also provided a very fair price and professional work!
