We had a great experience! I called about our dryer and they had a repairman in the area, so he came within an hour. He was pleasant, diagnosed and fixed the problem for a reasonable charge. I'll definitely use them again.
Excellent service. Came within an hour without any additional charge, and found a repaired the issue with our Samsung dryer within a half hour. Dryer is only a couple of years old so very disappointing that this happened so soon.
Very fast and affordable in comparison to other estimates.
I had a issue with my Dishwasher over the long weekend. I called Expert appliances at 7:00 in the evening. They got my repair scheduled for next day. Technician came on given time frame, he called me 30 minutes in advance before arriving. Issue was diagnosed and repaired in 45 minutes. What a great service at reasonable price. Highly recommend them.
Horrible customer service skills!!! Never on time! Over perice. Payed 65 just for them to look at it, not even to take it apart to see what was going on with it.
