Our technician are well trained and keep up to date on new product the manufactures are building in today's market.

This review is based on lack of communication by Rod, with Expert Appliance in Sunriver. He did excellent work to repair our appliance. He was professional and helpful in person. Unfortunately, Rod is not good with other forms of communication. He did not show up to the first service call he and I scheduled. Although I told him I had to travel 30 miles to meet him at the home, he did not even contact me to tell me he would not come. He came to the second service call we scheduled. He did good work. I don't understand the negative reviews. I've had nothing but friendly professional service from Rod and company. I would recommend his services to anyone. I feel he goes out of his way to accommodate me.
They are extremely unprofessional. Took payment for services and parts ordered but 2 weeks past when they were supposed to complete the job they still haven't. Many calls and three messages later we still haven't heard from them. They wont return any calls. I would never use them again. At this Point we'll be lucky if we ever hear from them let alone get the job done or get our money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
Rod came out and serviced my machine. He did great work but his attitude was very condescending and rude. I would use this business again but ask for someone else.
