Another review that would be zero stars if possible. I find myself working with this completely unprofessional company as they are the sole provider for warranty service for the LG appliances I purchased through Costco. I finally got LG to initiate a warranty service call and was referred to this company. I was told they would contact me, usually within 24 hours, to schedule my appointment. I was provided with the service company's number in case I wanted to follow-up (likely because LG's customer service is also just as use... read more

The ETA for the arrival of the part continues to change, as of now it has been moved to 12/17. The part is ordered through our LG authorized distributor who has the part on order directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Until we know when the part will arrive, we are unable to schedule an appointment to install it. We continue to track the part order. According to the file, LG took the call from the customer on a Friday at almost 4:00. Since we close Friday at 4:00 for the weekend, this may be why the customer's calls wer... read more

I called Expert Appliance Repair Services to repair my fridge. $85 to come out a diagnose the problem, which I had no problem paying. They determined they needed to order a control panel from Alabama. The tech told me it would take three days and be there the Friday before Thanksgiving. That wasn't exactly true.. The Monday AFTER Thanksgiving they came out and installed it. The fridge still wasn't working, so I called them back. The customer's unit had been stored outside for 6 months and was not powering up due to bugs getting into the electrical. The customer was not scheduled for the repair for Friday as we do not schedule a job prior to receiving the tracking number for the parts shipment as some parts take longer to ship or are backordered. Upon receipt of the part, we scheduled and installed a control board which got the power flowing into the unit and everything checked okay prior to the technician leaving.
