Scheduled repair two days in advance. Tech didn't show,supervisor wanted send one to my house at 8pm on a Friday. I said no and told them I would trash them on social media and talk to the owner on Monday. I was told by the supervisor I would never be able to talk to the owners.....
Repairman very nice. Professional and competent. Explained everything as he went along. Replaced washer drain pump motor. Only negative (the 4 stars instead of 5) is that the part costs $49 on Parts Select and this place charged me $106, so quite a bit of markup to say the least! More than double the price? Not good. However, washer is fixed and running well. And I really like Farut, the repairman. Will use him again if ever needed.
