Nick was out and did an incredible job on our dryer and before leaving he also made sure everything worked like it was brand new. He was incredibly friendly and I would recommend using this company for any of your household appliance repairs.
Extremely pleased with Dave's work and customer service. He fit me into his very heavy schedule when my washing machine broke down. He was able to tell me what the problems might be and approximate cost to repair. He arrived earlier than first expected. He fixed my washer in no time at all. I would definiately call him again and also refer my friends to him.
William is a true professional who follows through. He did a great job getting my washing machine up and running again. He was very quick in returning my phone calls when I initially called. Once he was able to diagnose the problem he knew right away what it would take to get the job done. I would recommend William to any of my friends and family who needs help repairing any of their household appliances.
We bought our fridge, wolf oven, dishwasher. We had an immediate problem with the grates and they sent over James who serviced our stove. Probably one of the best customer service experiences we have had. James found additional major problems with our stove. We were hosting a Thanksgiving party for 32 and James worked overtime getting the parts and making it work it in time for our party. He also gave excellent education and tips for the stove. He literally saved the day by his high level of service!
