Vasiliy came to our house and fixed our KitchenAid dishwasher in less than an hour. He was on time, courteous and very professional. Originally, we made an appt with another company but that tech failed to show or call. When we contacted their customer service dept the employee seemed unconcerned with the fact I rearranged my work schedule to be home during the window for our "appointment".
