Came out for a service check, said he could not find anything wrong. This is a 2 year old Goodman air conditioner; the fan stops turning and it stops blowing cold air. He said he tightened the thermostat wires and if it continued to have a problem to call them back. Well it continued the same and they refuse to come back out - each time we call they say they have an emergency and they will try to work us in.
