I met some great people on my visit. Both were very friendly and kind. They exhibit a sort of candor that is very refreshing. The kind that gives you a passionate hope for humanity. The only way to make the experience better would be to have a friendly face to greet you when entering the door. Which, if that friendly face could be a dog's face. This too would be good. However until dogs can be approved for secretarial work...an actual person at the desk by the entrance would be good.
