Excellent service! Great communication. Expert analysis of needed repairs/ maintenance. Trust-worthy, skilled and knowledgeable. I have an older Jetta TDI manual with 160,000 on it. I love my car and take good care of it. Experior helps me maintain this older car and keep it on the road. I highly recommend Experior!
Brought my mk4 golf in for what I thought was a blown head gasket, however they properly diagnosed it as an oil cooler and fixed the issue within a week while also giving me a fair price. Spencer made sure I was up to date on when parts were coming and when I should be expected to get back on the road. They had also refreshed other parts they recommended fixing and after getting my car it drives and handles better than when I first bought it in. I have been bringing my VW's to experior for about 6 years. Mike and Pablo have always treated me as one of their best customers. When the ECU of my golf got water damage, they facilitated getting a new one programmed and installed for me. They were kind enough to let me keep my car there for 6 months while it was getting taken care of. I will never take my cars anywhere else, and I tell everyone I can to give them a try. This place is fantastic. I’ve gotten a variety of different services done here, and their prices beat every other German specialty auto shop in town. They’re also not constantly booked out like a certain other shop, but they should be!
I had the best experience. Honest mechanics that will treat you right and get your car back up and running right. Mike and the team did an amazing job with my vehicle. Got me all fixed up, I had let a few extra months go by without doing a service and I’m new to Omaha. They even got me set up with new tires and a windshield, all at a great price. Saves you money and treats you right, what else do you need?
