They solved my problem in 2 hours that I spent 2 weeks trying to figure out. 2 shops said no thank you before them, vw couldn’t do it. I gave up hope 😂. I was so close, but stoked for smart car people existing that were able to finish the project. Car is back on the road for continued happy dog rides
Excellent service! Great communication. Expert analysis of needed repairs/ maintenance. Trust-worthy, skilled and knowledgeable. I have an older Jetta TDI manual with 160,000 on it. I love my car and take good care of it. Experior helps me maintain this older car and keep it on the road. I highly recommend Experior!
I seriously love these guys so much!!! Having a VW, it has been so hard to find a reliable shop to go to. I’ve been able to find upgrades to my wheels, interior parts etc. for very reasonable prices. They seriously will do anything to try & get you what you need. I have never trusted a shop more, especially Mike, as I do coming here. Pablo is running a top notch shop here! Was very impressed with how things are ran here. Chris was very knowledgeable and personable and I felt like I was sincerely being taken care of instead of taken advantage of. I have already recommended this shop to a friend and will continue to recommend them to more people. I used the site located in Papillion.
Brought my mk4 golf in for what I thought was a blown head gasket, however they properly diagnosed it as an oil cooler and fixed the issue within a week while also giving me a fair price. Spencer made sure I was up to date on when parts were coming and when I should be expected to get back on the road. They had also refreshed other parts they recommended fixing and after getting my car it drives and handles better than when I first bought it in.
