I had a pretty simple need for my Audi Q5: just needed an oil change and tire rotation, but also needed some help with an electrical connection outlet in my car. I dropped it off right when they opened and had my car back–oil changed, tires rusted, outlet functioning–all cleaned up and smelling good, within a couple of hours. Very easy to work with. They documented the work well and helped me understand what I could do on my next visit. Kind people, and I'll definitely be going back the next time my Audi needs some work.

They solved my problem in 2 hours that I spent 2 weeks trying to figure out. 2 shops said no thank you before them, vw couldn’t do it. I gave up hope 😂. I was so close, but stoked for smart car people existing that were able to finish the project. Car is back on the road for continued happy dog rides

I have a 2016 Touareg, and after trying shops that either openly hated working on German cars, or telling me that a multitude of things were wrong with my car (and I should just sell it to them), I made the switch over to Experior. Both locations are phenomenal, and while they have had to do quite a bit of work to my car, it's also well over 160k miles. Absolutely great guys! My engine misfired 2 days before and they were extremely prompt in getting me in, getting the part ordered, and getting it fixed. Their customer service is top tier, they’ve definitely just earned a recurring customer.

Pablo is running a top notch shop here! Was very impressed with how things are ran here. Chris was very knowledgeable and personable and I felt like I was sincerely being taken care of instead of taken advantage of. I have already recommended this shop to a friend and will continue to recommend them to more people. I used the site located in Papillion.
