Worst customer service experience in the United States. They rarely answer calls or respond when agents need support. It’s frustrating because they generate significant revenue through their agents, yet they still don’t provide reliable assistance or a proper support line. This makes the process unnecessarily difficult and inefficient. Agents deserve better communication and support.
Very disappointing experience. Customer service is almost nonexistent—they never answer when you need help. For a company that makes so much money from its agents, it’s unacceptable that they can’t provide proper support or even a reliable line to assist us. The lack of communication makes everything harder than it should be. Definitely needs improvement.
