I put authorised Apple dealers in Google and this place came up so didn’t think to question when we went in for a new battery for iPhone. Quoted $120 and not informed that the battery wasn’t genuine (genuine was only $5 dearer as we found out later). Went in to collect and he tried to charge $150. Now there’s a notice that keeps popping up telling us that battery is non-genuine and no way to get rid of it. Just warning people, if you want genuine Apple don’t go to this store.
Went out of their way to keep cost down while doing the best job possible
The reviews on this place stack up big time. I took in a 10 year old macbook pro as it was playing up. It was 4pm on a Thursday. With in 5 mins Andrew diagnosed the issue - told me what it would cost to fix but also recommended spending that sort of cash on an old device was not ideal. We purchased a new Mac Air, I dropped it in as they did the data transfer business for us and we had back Friday. Exceptional service and very fair price, outstanding!
