A door hanger was left on our porch under a Welcome sign so as not to alert passer-bys that no one was home. I called and left a voice message and within a few hours Drew Phyillaier returned my call. He was very professional, listened to my questions and gave answers to the questions I asked. The prices quoted works into our budget and we look forward to having our first treatment in a week to 10 business days.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in any field. I would avoid this company at all costs. They will show up, spray some water on your lawn for 3 minutes and charge you about 150$ per visit. It is also nearly impossible to cancel their services. They are complete idiots to deal with.

When your company sends a sales person door to door disturbing people, that's a huge red flag in my book for expected quality. I get it if they just simply wanted to leave the flier on the door, but getting the dog riled up and waking the napping baby by knocking is not the way to get customers.
