Beware of this company. They do not care about being honest. They purchased the lawn service company I was using. I had prepaid $2300 for 2026 services in November. They wouldn't acknowledge the prepay amount initially, so I disputed the charge. A week later I was told everything was good and I could withdraw the dispute. So I did. The very next day, they went back to not acknowledging my prepaid amount. I had already withdrawn the dispute, so now I am out $2300.

I would recommend staying away from this company. If your lawn care service is purchased by this company I would recommend canceling them and monitor whether they continue to "provide" service and continue to charge you. They are very good at charging; very BAD at providing an invoice that is other than a one line item total cost. I have $175 in charges with them an no clue what they did to my lawn. I repeatedly requested the details and they refuse to provide the details. There are much better service providers in the area.

Horrible experience, I did aeration with them last year. This year they "auto renew" your services, and try to come out to do it without your approval, and send you charges. Keep in mind I have fresh week old grass seed in my yard, and their machines would have destroyed all of it. Then they send you to a "retention team" to harass you over canceling services, a service you dont even ask for. Ive never left a bad review on Google once, ever, until today. Absolutely the Worst Lawn Care Company I’ve Ever Dealt With Back in 2021, a sales rep told me my yard would take about 4 years to achieve the results I wanted, if I followed their program. I did everything: every feed, every aeration, every overseed, and I watered my lawn daily during the summer for four years straight. After all that time, my yard was still only average at best. One of their solicitors rung our doorbell today despite our clear No Soliciting sign. After we politely pointed out the sign and said we weren't interested, he told us that he saw the sign and proceeded to pitch their services anyway?! If they can't show basic respect to a potential client, how would they respect us after they've already taken our money? That's guaranteed we will never do business with them and will advise friends families and neighbors against their company as well.
