A sales rep sat in his vehicle outside my house. He rang the doorbell to no avail, then proceeded to walk in my yard to the side of the house, and unsuccessfully tried unlocking my fenced gate. Since he couldn’t figure out how to unlock the gate, he walked to the other side of my house before coming back to the front door and leaving the attached picture. No requests were made to have a sales rep come to the house, let alone trying to gain entry onto my property via locked gates.

We decided to go with a lawn service this year to help lighten the load and save some time around the house, but unfortunately it turned into a bigger headache than anything. Communication was extremely frustrating from the start. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone, and anytime we did call or email, we were constantly transferred around with no real answers or follow-through. Beware of this company. They do not care about being honest. They purchased the lawn service company I was using. I had prepaid $2300 for 2026 services in November. They wouldn't acknowledge the prepay amount initially, so I disputed the charge. A week later I was told everything was good and I could withdraw the dispute. So I did. The very next day, they went back to not acknowledging my prepaid amount. I had already withdrawn the dispute, so now I am out $2300.

I would recommend staying away from this company. If your lawn care service is purchased by this company I would recommend canceling them and monitor whether they continue to "provide" service and continue to charge you. They are very good at charging; very BAD at providing an invoice that is other than a one line item total cost. I have $175 in charges with them an no clue what they did to my lawn. I repeatedly requested the details and they refuse to provide the details. There are much better service providers in the area.

Horrible experience, I did aeration with them last year. This year they "auto renew" your services, and try to come out to do it without your approval, and send you charges. Keep in mind I have fresh week old grass seed in my yard, and their machines would have destroyed all of it. Then they send you to a "retention team" to harass you over canceling services, a service you dont even ask for. Ive never left a bad review on Google once, ever, until today.
