BEWARE of shady practices here. I’ve tried with this practice, I really did. So unprofessional. The staff are not knowledgeable of insurance policies. Charges $60 per session and the “therapist” Tanesha, will sit there on a video appointment nibbling on food right in front of your face! Professionalism at ZERO. The only thing they care about is getting your money, and a lot of it. Do not use them, you’ll be wasting your time. I came upon this practice about 7 months ago and I truly am in a better place now because of the doctor I saw in my online appointments. I felt like I was in a professional and compassionate environment and, above all, that I was truly listened to. Not every doctor will do that. But, my experience with Dr. Townsell was absolutely wonderful!
I had one visit with a therapist, which I kind of thought was a free consultation. I didn't feel or sense the encouragement to continue. I felt handled not engaged. Towards the end of my session, I was told something to the effects of sounding irrational. I am a leader in of a local assembly and have had trauma recently.
