It is with great sadness and regret that I must update my former 5 star review to one star. After several years, I had an error with the system. They ultimately charged me $1600 dollars to basically sit on the phone with tech support and did not actually perform any diagnostics. They never were able to figure out the problem. Could not be happier with the service from Experienced Solar. Brandon and Mike along with ALL their service technicians did an outstanding job on installing a Generac and a roof mounted solar system. Respectful of my property, swift and efficient installation and cleaned up after the install. Great company - Highly recommend them and their products.
Brandon & the crew were beyond awesome! I am so grateful for all their hard work, kindness & explaining EVERYTHING to me in a clear, concise manner. Now, I can rest assured that when a power-outage happens, we are all protected. Thank you Thank you!
