My initial visit with the estimator Brian went well and I was looking forward to having my roof and gutters cleaned and leaf guards put on. I have to say that overall, it was not a good experience for me. Communication was poor and hard to get someone to call me back. The gutter guards were put on wrong which visibly damaged my gutters with lots of holes and scratches. Called this company for an estimate and they refused to give me an average estimate, even though there was a truck nearby our property. They wanted to give me an estimate based on the property, and then have a manager call. Too many hoops to jump through with this company. Any business can pull a house up on Google maps and quote them a gutter cleaning.

The estimator Greg was very friendly and has good customer service. I was please with the whole experience and the drone photos to see the roof details for the cleaning. I got my roof cleaned the same day as the estimate, luckily there was an opening. They also, pressure washed my decks and cut off some tree branches that I requested. Excellent job. Highly recommend.
