We had a pipe leak inside a wall that effected 2 different rooms. They were able to come out the same day and get a quote together for repairs. Unfortunately our home owner's insurance managed to weasel out of covering this claim, but Ted was awesome and worked with me to make some adjustments to the quote now that it would be self pay. Not only did he rewrite the entire estimate to exclude things I could do myself, but he was able to give me a discount on top of it all! It was a huge relief in a very stressful situation.
