They take forever when it comes to shipping out products to you. A medicine that needed to remain refrigerated didn't get to me until 6 days after they shipped it and arrived warm. Also, they did NOT provide enough needles/alcohol wipes for a medicine that is required to be taken 5x per week at a 3 month supply. I only received THREE bags of 10 needles. Its clear math isn't their strong suit. In the future, if i see a telehealth company using them, I will avoid them.

I receive my GLP thru amble. tirz b12 ... however their customer service sucks. no live person to talk to. so I did my research and found the pharmacy phone number that prescribes my meds which is in texas. and that is Experience Care specialty pharmacy. I needed some clarification on the dosing was very confused. as like many others out there that are first starting, have many questions. i have been very hesitant starting this journey, I wanna make sure I do everything right. and everything is legit. This company is a fraud. After receiving my medication & measuring it, they did not fill vials of with correct MG.
