This was an awful experience! Went there for routine eye exam and had them speak with my insurance to make certain the insurance would cover it prior to service. Everything was fine, I got my exam and they billed my insurance as a medical procedure and not a routine eye exam. Because it was billed as a medical procedure and not a routine eye exam my insurance had problems with it. I called and spoke with a cocky/rude receptionist that said the bill is your responsibility and needs to be payed soon or its going to collections... read more
