Charly is such a great stylist! Though his main clients are women he accepts to cut my hair and I felt I found a great professional/stylist. His salon is warm, neat and makes you feel comfortable . Price is affordable and you have to book in advance, of course. I share his card and some pics…

How is this person, who has so many good reviews, when she is ghosting customers all the time? I have been trying to book an appointment since last year, and I am still waiting for the answer. I understand that she might have nobody to book appointments but treating customers as if they were asking for a free service when they already paid for the service (Groupon) is unacceptable.
