I had $700 worth of repairs performed on my Nissan Pathfinder, with assurances that the service would resolve recurring issues with the air conditioning system and ensure its proper functionality. Brought my car in (2016 370z manual) for a inspection on the clutch, master-cylinder/ drive train. It was a 3 week wait because they said they only have 1 mechanic right now. The car was having trouble shifting from 1st to 2nd gear without the rpms coming down, and clutch pedal was sticking the smallest amount (common problems for these cars). We picked up our new Rogue yesterday. The set up was very confusing and we got help. What we didn’t realized someone set up a guest profile that overrode our settings. Braeden came to the rescue. He’s a delight to work with, knew exactly what had happened and had us up and running in no time. He also brought us the manuals that hadn’t been put in the car. We appreciate his thoutfulness!

I got my Nissan Kicks towed into Orillia Nissan due to getting a flat tire, I called ahead to say that my car was being dropped off and that it needed to have a plug put into the tire as there was a screw in the tire. I also mentioned that it would be under warranty. The service advisor said that it may not be. I repeated that it would be as it was under warranty.
