We had the very best experience at Orillia Nissan - The Plaza Group. We made an appointment to meet with Matt Worsley during the VIP event. We traded out leased Rogue in for a financed owned Sentra. Going in to the meeting we questioned if we would be able to trade the leased vehicle in before the lease expiry and how easy (or not) it would be. Matt was very detailed and organized. Went to get my battery changed for my key and Jesse Lock who was working the service desk was so helpful. He showed me how to change the battery and other tips to do if my battery gets low again. Thanks for the assistance!
