Been getting Bodywork and massages for many years this Monday had the good fortune of meeting John Montalto for session. After a brief conversation about what I was looking for he delivered the goods 100%. He is professional caring and really asked the right questions and addressed the specific problems I was having. I truly felt better the next day now I have no trouble engaging in my full activity workouts after just one session. I can't wait to see what else comes up the work we do in the future.
