After experiencing the worst customer service at the Japanese Auto Dealer in Charlottetown (we got there the new plug-in Outlander), it was a wonderful experience and it restored my faith in customer service again. Landon went an extra 5 miles to get all our questions answered. He was very helpful as everyone else we dealt with. Exceptional Service! Experience Hyundai took great care of us when our SUV experienced a mechanical issue while visiting P.E.I. Raphael provided calm assurance during a stressful time for our family. He communicated clearly and efficiently, keeping us up to date as they diagnosed and fixed the issue and got us back on the road quickly. Despite being very busy, they fit us in and saved our trip.
