Had an absolutely terrible experience, the finance manager was very rude and aggressive, my friends have had similar experience at this dealership, do not recommend going there unless you want a bad deal and rude customer service
They changed the engine of my 2014 santa fe they did a great job, and they were so nice to me. I bought the car of somebody from Halifax, while I was driving it back, the engine rain on me. Thanks god it did have recall. And Hyundai helped me a lot big thanks to Jodi Scott. She was really great to deal with, and she was so nice to me from the beginning to the end. Thank you guys.
5 star without hesitation. After experiencing the worst customer service at the Japanese Auto Dealer in Charlottetown (we got there the new plug-in Outlander), it was a wonderful experience and it restored my faith in customer service again. Landon went an extra 5 miles to get all our questions answered. He was very helpful as everyone else we dealt with. We got an Ioniq 6 and we received a tour trough the car dealership and an explanation from the car itself. (Not every dealer does that - they just take your money and kick ... read more
