Great Fitness Center for quality workouts. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and overall genuinely intrestered in each person's well being. Kyle McGlynn goes above and beyond as the owner/trainer to ensure his EF family is happy. All the trainers are there to assist you with your workout needs and adjust them to your individual needs.
A great place. The staff is amazing. They are so positive; you want to workout.
The trainers here are like a well oiled machine. They cater to our clients to make sure everyone is being challenged enough within their limits.
