I needed a new deck, or so I thought. When the person came to check it out, he told me the deck did not need total replacement and suggested I just get a couple of boads replaced. He did NOT try to sell me a new deck! They came and cut out the rotted part of the boards and stuck in replacement sections. We recently had our house painted by Dennis Moffitt Painting. It is an older home built in 1772.
