I mistakenly signed up for their premium membership. I believe it was $138 and I made after 10 minutes. Go back. Talk to somebody and I recorded the conversation also and I still got charged. I’m in the process of a dispute with my credit card whatever you do make sure you if you have a problem with Experian make sure you ask for a tier 2 representative. They are the only ones legally able to issue a refund and from what I understand, they will do their darkness to delete this rating which I’ll keep putting up. Thank you.
Worst credit agency ever Takes forever to talk to anyone And when you finally do, they ask you to mail everything in, in hard back copies And when you actually send everything in they tell you, you’ll need additional documents when they clearly told you Social security card, Driver’s, and passport is sufficient. I bought their service years ago. One day they stopped providing the service and didn't tell me but kept billing me for nothing. My bank found 'no error' and won't refund any of it
Experian is truly your Big Financial Friend!! I have learned so much about how to properly monitor my Credit Reports and Scores from them! They teach you what truly affects your Credit score and how to make changes that positively increase your Credit Health!! They have a great App that is easy to navigate and many tools to help you learn about credit!!
Impossible to get anything but recordings and AI. Also hangs up on you. There are two other credit service reporting agencies-use them. This is a nightmare of unavailability and aggressive attempts to sell you things and duplicity. Just go elsewhere.
