Experian has failed to update my credit score. 1st I fell behind on all my bills in 2020. I was ill and had no income because I was fighting a lawsuit. As of 2022-23 I have paid all my bills down to Zero. The only bill I have now is rent, electric and a car note, all my other debt has been settled. Experian has failed to up my credit score and are being neglectful in their duties. They have no idea how life can disrupt things and you have no control, but they don't care. i cancelled my membership the 7'th in a month and didn't get a refund for the rest of the month
Possibly the worst customer service ever experienced. They purposely obfuscate things and make you try to pay for higher level of services in order to actually talk to people. The AI system is terrible and they frequently hang up on you. I have found no possible way to resolve a situation with with my account. Negative stars would be more appropriate than one.
I'm rating them so low because they couldn't get my credit situation resolved. I just need people to know that if you seek expertise on X , there are other private credit techie like rocket s k y c r e d i t, who got my identity theft issue resolved and it's really worth it. Got over 13 inquiries removed including late payments . Score point up to 140+ increase . It's really amazing.
In middle of creating account it stopped. I got to "Who was your favorite teacher". Put me in a screen with heading "Welcome back Name," enter PW. Hadn't even created one yet. I couldn't go back or start over. Online help didn't cover this issue. Customer service phone is Blind and deaf AI programmed for very specific things and nothing helpful.
