Quick, professional and caring.
I would give negative stars if I could. I spoke to the receptionist to make sure 1. They could do the lab work needed and 2. Make sure they take the insurance. I made an appointment over the phone, and when the day came, they say they don’t take that insurance and didn’t even take the time to look at it. Hailey did not help at all either after I called about this, and I was extremely confused. This was a problem on their end, and instead of fixing it they didn’t care. Awful customer service.
Doctor was very professional and addressed and provided relief from my problems.
