Very slow, they have a minimum 4hr waiting time to process shipments, I am now sitting here waiting for over 9hrs and no response, they have a 24/7 customer help line but no one answers it after 10pm. ***DO NOT RECOMMEND***
The 24-hour hotline seems to be a JOKE. I’ve been trying to reach them for over 30 minutes with no answer at all.
Sent paperwork at 9:00 am its 7:30 pm now still waiting. No one is responding to emails or phone calls. Terrible service it says 24/7 hotline but what is the point if no one is going to respond.
Trying to get a PAPS set up. No one answered the phone, no one answered emails. After 10 phone call attempts I finally got through to someone at 18:15, they said someone was working on it. After an hour still not set up, I phoned back again. No answer. After another 10+ phone call attempts they answered (when I phoned from a different phone #) at 20:15 and said someone was working on it, then hung up. Tried phoning back and no answer. Absolutely zero communication and zero accountability.
Lackluster service ok prepared rolls. Tasted good though
