Very disappointing experience for Expeditors Canada inc. The staff did not allow drivers to use the washroom even they don't have portable washroom. which is extremely inconvenient and disrespectful, especially for people who spend long hours on the road. Basic facilities like restroom access should be available to drivers. I hope management takes this issue seriously and treat drivers with more consideration.
i love this place
Expeditor in Calgary is extremely unprofessional and hostile. The staff in shipping and receiving, including those in supervisory positions, especially a guy name Brankt /Brandt who seems of a Germanic accent treat drivers and customers with disrespect and blatant . the environment feels toxic and discriminatory. I strongly recommend shippers and receivers take their business elsewhere — no one should have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism.
