Expeditor in Calgary is extremely unprofessional and hostile. The staff in shipping and receiving, including those in supervisory positions, especially a guy name Brankt /Brandt who seems of a Germanic accent treat drivers and customers with disrespect and blatant . the environment feels toxic and discriminatory. I strongly recommend shippers and receivers take their business elsewhere — no one should have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism.
Major lack of communication and overall respect. Tony who answered the phone when I called seemed nice and helpful. I gave him the order details and he took my email and said he would email me so I could forward him the documents and details I had pertaining to the order so he could forward it to the freight team. 1 day went by and still no email. I am looking to inquire about a shipment I need delivered. I called 4 times in the past 2 days (Wednesday and Thurdsay) nobody is answering or returning my calls. They must need to hire more people or turn their ringer on.
They do no pick or return calls, or respond to emails. Absolutely frustrating and horrible customer service. Do not recommend
