Extremely unprofessional. Slow and arrogant. If you want a company which charges extra to deliver your shipment when it arrived a week late but then tells you the following day that it hasn't even landed in the country expeditors is the company for you! When questioned you'll then be told it's landing in another state and you'll need to pay additional fees to have it delivered within the next week.
