Expeditors never owns up to its mistakes, charges its customers for the mistakes and then harasses for collection of same. Zero accountability and little tact. Operations personnel have more sales savvy then the "Customer Retention" managers. Pathetic. Also, they do not have the global reach they claim they have.
The warehouse is great a lot of the works are very nice and professional but there is a lot more to it there are a bunch of people in the management team that aren't doing there jobs properly there is a lot of miscommunication and favoritism go ahead and get ur stuff from them but I wouldn't ever work there again after what they have done.
