Very bad place dropped my trailer 9am I didn't call back till now 8pm
Very slow 8 hours to get load never come back
Dropped a loaded trailer and asked about our next load. Gaurd shack would not check on the status of the load for my teammate and I and just said, whatever time your appointment is that’s the time it’ll be ready. Seemed very rude and unhelpful. Every other location will check and possibly get your trailer to you sooner than later so you can hit the road.
