Just a waste of time. The appointment was for 7:00pm, I arrived at 6:00pm, and now it's almost 12:00am and I'm still waiting for the door. What a horror
The staff themselves were wonderful—kind, friendly, and clear in their explanations. No complaints there at all. But here’s the problem: I ended up waiting 17 hours past my appointment time. Seventeen. Hours. That’s way beyond anything reasonable or acceptable. No matter how nice the people are, this kind of delay is simply over the line.
