“I arrived for my scheduled pickup at 9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM appointment. I was repeatedly told the load would be ready shortly, but after waiting hour after hour, I ended up losing most of my day. Delays can happen, but clear and honest communication matters. Truck drivers plan their time carefully, and being given inaccurate information makes it difficult to work efficiently. I hope they improve scheduling and communication in the future.
Waist of time, you can wait whole day to get loaded they don’t care about your appointment or you logbook 8 hours minimum wait!!! Terrible stay away from them
I work with Town Freight and I often pick loads from here. It is the worst and most disgusting warehouse I have ever seen. Because they don't value the driver's time, they always take a lot of time to load when doing pickups and their staff is very rude to the drivers and all the drivers in our company are very upset about this.
26 HOURS. It’s not the people in the warehouse. It’s the people above them. These guys are super nice. I’m just mad that nobody above here couldn’t get their act together.
This place sucks my appointment time was set between 9am and 2pm 1/21/26, I got here at 12pm. I've been sitting here waiting to get loaded for 16 hours and am still currently sitting. Boxtrucks and day cabs pulling up constantly there's no organization at all.
