As a non-company truck driver delivering here; I see this place as too small and inefficient. What is the point of providing an appointment time if it's not honored? There is no place for trucks to wait here so if you're not going to keep to the schedule you set maybe think more about where you stage your trucks. Checked in with one guy he said someone would come out and get me that never happened… if I hadn't checked I would have been here all day.
