Yard hostlers are nice and helpful as always, but today I was told to park outside the property, so I did , but then was told to keep going, so I ended up parking on the street . I told the guy that told me to leave that I was leaving as soon as my codriver gets out of the bathroom, but I had to leave him behind. I can’t believe how inconsiderate they were when I was leaving anyway, but wouldn’t even let him come back to the truck first. For this I will complain to customer service, and my company. Thay open at 7:30am but thay have to move trailer before you can backup, basically open at 8:30am ,park outside check it at gate first
I have had the worst experience as driver picking up here. I would not come back here again if they paid me millions.
Parking outside road and walk to guard for check in but most times your freight can not be ready on appointment time. Hopes everyone on lucky here!
Who has told these goofs that allowing 53ft containers is ok in this narrow yard.
