This is the worst freighting company on the planet. They change dates on their deliveries over and over again, they don’t call before delivery. They don’t call the return messages. They don’t reply to emails. If you’re expecting a shipment from them on Monday, you can sit there all day Monday waiting you can then sit there all day Tuesday waiting. You can even sit there all day Wednesday waiting nobody’s gonna tell you anything. The tracking number may or may not update every day that they’ve delayed again.

I deliver to this company and it's been a joke was here at 7am and was told i would be out of here by 9am its almost noon and they only halfway unloaded me I was second truck in door and then at 9am I was told there's no one to unload me then at 1046am the dock plate finally got put on truck for the start of the unload process. Ive watched 7 trucks be unloaded in under a hour but yet there's no one to unload yeah okay, But what makes me mad is I was told I couldn't use the bathroom and I had to leave and find a place to use ... read more

Awful service. Never on time. Never a call prior to delivery or when late. Local office transfers you to a voice mail when calling for anything. One star is generous.
