Booked a load to Melrose Park, IL, waited 4.5h to get loaded and have the ppw- they loaded the freight, then waited for the ppw. Then they unloaded it, after 4.5h and said we cannot load you- rate is not right-Greg Williams- transportation manager at expeditors - hazelwood, mo. Complete garbage
