I absolutely love my credit union! The staff are very friendly, they always remember me which feels more personal to me. I was having some difficulty with my account and they were more than willing to listen to my situation and help me figure out a solution. It really meant a lot that they took the time to care. I recommend this credit union 100%.
Friendly fast service. Lowered interest rate which dropped my payment significantly. Allows pay by mail, phone, or online...will use again in futures
As far as I know, my Exp CU accounts are safe, thanks to your engagement. I think if will take a bit longer, however, including enhanced diligence on my part, and Exp CU's part as well, to stop any fraud happening on my account. Thanks for being there. Chris Lynch
