Mason does great work! Their acupuncture and deep tissue massage helped me work through recovery of a shoulder injury in preparation for an athletic event, and they also designed an exercise warm up to help unlock my shoulders before lifting, which helped recovery without sacrificing my ability to go to the gym!
Mason is awesome! They’re knowledgeable, kind, and realistic about treatment goals. Acupuncture with Mason is the only thing that’s kept me running pain-free during marathon training. I’d tried massage, PT, and strength training for my hip pain with minimal success and thought I was going to have to give up long distance running. But since seeing Mason, I’ve been able to run pain free. Highly recommend for anyone considering!
I was impressed with Mason's ability to understand my issue and to provide helpful therapies in a holistic way, as well as, making suggestions for stretches and exercises to move beyond the pain. I highly recommend Mason for acupuncture treatment and other accompanying therapies.
