All shit runs down hill! This is the WORST trucking company ever. From their current HR supervisor,who doesn't know his ass from the hole in the ground and can only ever respond with"Oh, this is the first time I've heard about this" to every single question directed at him, down to the most incompetent dock supervisor, that is supposed to only work 4 days a week but yet comes in on his day off to sweep the warehouse so he makes sure he gets his 50 hours in; ALL OF THIS and yet the big wigs could give a shit. I put in an application with these guys and was hired within a day. Fist red flag: They didn't call my present job or any job on my application. 2nd red flag: they changed my route from a 10 hour a day run to 14 hours a day before my orientation. 3rd red flag: They tried to cancel my orientation and put me in a truck that night( no road test). 4th red flag: I had just worked 5 days with my previous job and had no hours available. Worst Company Ever – This company is the best example of corporate greed you will ever find; they do not care about abusing their employees verbally, excessive work hours with no compensation and firing without cause. They manipulate data to the customers and lie boldly as needed. Truly horrible company to work for or do business with, beware.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME..BEWARE!!!! – This company, does nothing but work there drivers 12-14 hours a day, When they "have work or are busy" NO OVERTIME PAY, STRAIGHT TIME, they do not care about the people that work for them or there family.they keep you out on the road in blizzards, send you zigzags all over the states. Don't Interview with this company!!!! – Anyone looking for work? Well do yourself a favor and don't talk to the joker they have running the place in Indianapolis. I have been on a lot of interviews over the course of my career, this one took the cake. I was being interrogated like I was a prisonor and then he purposely argued the point of why the Hazmat endorsement was so difficult to obtain in the US today. Rich off the backs of the truck drivers! – EFS is making huge revenue by making their drivers work 14-16 hour days 5-6 days a week. They don't care about their employees or their employees families. All they care about is their bottom line! All they would have to do is hire 2 or 3 more employees and then everyone could at least see their families one night a week.
